£19,500 - £22,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm / 8.30am – 5pm

We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator to join our well-established client based in Rugby.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
• Dealing with all internal and external enquiries which are both verbal and written
• Promptly acknowledging purchase orders
• Prioritising workload constantly due to fast pace of incoming enquiries
• Liaising with different departments
Do you have previous experience working within an office-based or telephone-based Customer Service role? To be considered for this role, you will have good communication skills, good attention to detail along with good IT skills.
It would be an advantage if you have previous experience in an office, retail or hospitality environment where you’ve had contact with customers. This role is based with a supportive and friendly team.
