37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm)
We're on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our well-established client based in Rugby.

About the role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
• Processing sales orders
• Dealing with customer queries and answering incoming calls
• Updating information on database systems and spreadsheets
• Assist with general administration
Do you have previous experience as an Administrator? To be considered for this role, you will have good attention to detail with a good telephone manner and experience using the Microsoft office package.
