Our client based in a rural location just outside of Oxford requires a Customer Repair Planner to join their established Planning team to support the scheduling and booking customer appointments.
As the Customer Repair Planner you will:
• Receive calls from Customers and book appointments
• Plan and schedule work for the field teams
• Co-ordinate traffic management plans and highway authority permits
• Producing work packs
• Monitoring email inboxes, responding to both internal and external queries
The ideal Customer Repair Planner will have an excellent telephone manner together with the ability to plan and co-ordinate a busy diary of appointments.
This role would suit an applicant that thrives in a busy environment and can stay calm under pressure whilst offering a first class service to clients.
