Your roles and responsibilities include:
. Debt Collection
. Managing customers payment plans
. Contacting customers via telephone and email
. Using SalesForce to deal with any inbound debt cases
The ideal candidate will have:
. Previous experience working within a similar role
. Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills
. Ability to multitask
