Do you have experience promoting through social media platforms?

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Communications Assistant to work within a prestigious organisation based in Oxford. This role is a temporary position for 12 weeks initially but could be extended.

Duties:

  • Identify opportunities for communication content
  • Create content for the organisation including print, digital and social media platforms.
  • Contribute in evolving the communications strategy
  • Assist with the production of promotional materials for communications activities
  • Evaluate the communications activities through a range of tools such as online surveys, feedback forms, and digital analytics
  • Be the first point of contact via phone and email

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Experience of using digital design applications, such as Adobe InDesign or Canva
  • Ability to learn and use digital communication tools
The working hours for this position are 36.5 Monday – Friday.
The Hourly rate is between £13.67 - £16.30 dependent on experience.
