Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Location: SE1, London

Pay Rate: £13.77

Working Hours: 09.00am to 17.00pm

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in the SE1 area of London. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Training: Oversee and lead a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and training to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all designated areas are clean, sanitized, and meet established cleanliness standards.

Inventory Management: Cleaning Supervisor should monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ensuring an adequate stock level is always maintained. Place orders for replenishment when necessary.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, assigning tasks to cleaning staff to ensure all areas are covered, and duties are performed in a timely manner.

Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and liaise with management to address any concerns or issues promptly.

Health and Safety: Cleaning Supervisor should enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment. Train staff on proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role.
• Ability to lift/move cleaning equipment and materials.
• Practical skills and knowledge of the safe operation of cleaning and laundry equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
