​Bilingual Customer Service Executive



£11.29 per hour rising to £11.97 per hour after 4 weeks

40 hours per week

Working hours: Monday to Friday weekly rotating shift pattern AM and PM. No weekends.

Benefits: 33 days holiday including bank holidays, pension scheme, 6% shift allowance, discounts and on-site parking.

We are recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Executive to join an existing team within a company based in the Rugby area. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity to join a well-known international organisation.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a first-class service to customers throughout the French Spanish and Italian markets. Due to the customer base, you will be fluent in French and English and another language or a combination of Spanish, Italian or Portuguese.

Main responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Receive and log customer requests via phone and email

• Maintain proactive customer communication from start to finish

• Source and negotiate solutions to resolve situations

• Raise parts quotes for customers

• Update the company database

This is a reactive role which will require problem solving skills along with logical decision making. The ideal candidate will be customer focussed, able to manage their own workload and work with a high level of autonomy. You will have previous office-based customer service, account management or administration experience along with the required language skills.

This position will initially be part remote working, part office based which will be reviewed along with government guidelines.
