Advisory Support Administrator (Financial Services) – Permanent Contract to Start ASAP

Salary: £26,000pa - £28,000pa (D.O.E)

Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme (ST5)

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Duties:
  • Working within a wealth management and financial services organisation
  • To support the Paraplanning Team with all administration processes
  • Oversee the sales database, ensuring reports move through each stage of the process efficiently
  • Liaising between Paraplanning, Advisory Support Team, and the Advisor Teams to ensure SLAs and time scales are adhered to
  • Printing and collating reports documentation and client meeting packs
  • To oversee the sales database used by the Paraplanning and Advisory Teams to track reports being processed through to completion
  • Print, check, and assemble client meeting packs ready for presenting to the clients
  • Liaise between teams to ensure that all SLAs and timelines are met
  • Communicate between teams to ensure that the administration processes for the different departments are accurate and streamlined

Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar administration role is essential
  • Experience working within the Financial Services industry is highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to manage own workload and work within a small team
  • Willingness to undertake self-development
  • Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies, and procedures
  • Exceptional communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally Adviser Office, Volume, and Pulse CRM systems
  • Ability to work under pressure at times
  • Ideally have prior knowledge of the 5 Individual Conduct Rules that apply to all persons working in financial services
