Our client, a local & well-established wealth management business, is seeking an Advisory Support Administrator to join their progressive and developed team.
About the Role:
As an Advisory Support Administrator you will be required to:
Support the Paraplanning Team with all administration processes
Oversee the Sales Database, ensuring reports move through each stage of the process efficiently
Liaising between Paraplanning, Advisory Support Team and the Advisor Teams to ensure SLAs and time scales are adhered to
Printing and collating reports documentation and client meeting packs
Assist with updating of Procedures manual
Ensure the confidentiality of all work undertaken for clients, and work within the principles of the Data Protection Act
To maintain records in accordance with compliance requirements as set out in its compliance manuals and procedures
Work within the requirements of the Data protection policy
To assist the Heads of other departments in any tasks relating to the development of business
To effectively use all the relevant IT facilities made available by the company
This role would suit a candidate with the willingness to undertake self-development, possess high attention to detail and level of accuracy, knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures & experience within the Financial Services Industry.
You will also possess:
Exceptional communication skills at all levels
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ideally Adviser Office, Volume and Pulse dealing system
Ability to work under pressure at times
