We're on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a full time a temporary basis.
 
About the role:
As an Administrator, your main responsibilities include:
  • Manging inboxes daily and responding to emails accordingly
  • Manage ingoing and outgoing post when required
  • Scanning, filing and photocopying documentation
  • Support the senior management team with general administrative duties
  • Taking meeting minutes when required
 
About You:
To be considered for this role, you must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office and experience working in an office / administrative environment.  
 
The details:
  • £10 - £10.50 per hour depending on your experience.
  • Full time (37 hours per week)
  • Monday – Friday
  • Temporary position (duration TBC)
