We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and reputable business located in Eynsham who are recruiting for an Administrator to join their business.
As Administrator, you will be involved in all day to day running of the office.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing parcels for dispatch – Parcelforce
  • Invoicing lease companies/customers monthly, liaising with our accountants
  • Ordering from our major suppliers
  • Answering the phone and answering with any queries
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers via email
Key attributes include:
  • Excellent communication skills – incoming calls from client base, liaison with suppliers
  • Computer experience essential – preferably including Sage / Excel
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative/attention to detail
  • Have a flexible, organised and committed approach to work
Our client’s normal hours are 0830 – 1730 Monday to Friday, however, they are currently closing the office at 1700 Mon – Thurs & 1600 on Friday, this may become permanent in the future!
The salary for this role is £22,000.
