We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our team in Cardiff.

Job Title: Administrator

Location: Cardiff-CF5

Pay Rate: £12.18 per hour.

Contract Type: Temporary

Shift Pattern: Mon-Fri (09.00am to 17.30pm)

Start Date: 20/11/2023 -End Date: 30/01/2024

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake office administration tasks for the specified service areas, encompassing both front line and back-office responsibilities.
  • Administrator must manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the service area.
  • Record minutes at various meetings, including disciplinary meetings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with senior officers, organize appointments, and manage calendars efficiently.
  • Prepare official letters, utilizing typing skills and template systems for effective communication.
  • Monitor deadlines and facilitate timely completion of tasks. Conduct consultation work and background research, including data collection and website searches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to gather information and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Prepare and manage spreadsheets, performing basic functions to support organizational needs.


  • Proven experience in office administration and clerical duties.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and office software.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheet functions.
