We're on the lookout for an Administrator to join our well-established client based in Bangor on a temporary 12-month basis.

The details:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week)

  • £11.77 per hour

  • 12-months

About the role:

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Health & Safety Records and database (for Dangerous Occurrences, Accident Prevention & Minor Injuries)

  • Record retention for all EHS training, medicals, fit testing etc.

  • Site Training Co-Ordinator to include the update and retention of training documentation, SPLs, training matrix

  • Management of Change Co-Ordinator (MOC) - Dealing with document management process and administration, including database & document management, creating templates etc

  • Site Wellbeing Co-Ordinator

  • Management of Contractor Induction

  • Co-ordination of the site Employee Forum meetings

  • Co-ordinate the ordering of employees PPE and managing visitor PPE stocks

  • Booking hotels and travel accommodation

  • Raising purchase orders and dealing with invoice queries

  • Dealing with supplies & issues with office printers

  • Updating Safety and Site noticeboards

  • Dealing with office post including sorting (both inbound and outbound)

  • Supporting the Time and Attendance system

About you:

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Detail conscious and able to execute procedures /processes accurately

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Able to effectively utilise written, electronic, verbal communication channels

  • Maintain good housekeeping, recording and audit of client documentation

  • Able to maintain confidentiality

  • Work in co-operation with a variety of groups within the region
