We're on the lookout for an Administrator to join our well-established and expanding client in Castle Donnington on a permanent, full-time basis.
£18k - £22k (depending on experience)
Monday – Friday
Full time (flexibility on start and finish times)
About the role:
As an Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:
Provide good customer service and administration support to all parties including customers, suppliers, other team members and managers
Draft, format and print relevant documents
Maintain and retain strong customer relationships
Respond to telephone calls and emails
Undertake administrative tasks such as taking messages, scanning, filing and photocopying
Taking meeting minutes as and when required
Additional responsibilities may be required to ensure a smooth running of the business
To be considered for this role, you must have a positive and proactive approach to work with strong communication skills to work well as a team as well as the initiative to work independently.
