About the role:
As an Administration Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with efficient operation of office and communication on a daily basis with Warehouse Team to ensure all documentation processed and understood with respect to each days tasks
- Answer phone calls and support visitors
- Conduct regular Inventory checks
- Process Customer & Supplier Purchase Orders
- The flexibility to work across all departments as and when required
Previous experience with Sage and/or Xero is desirable but not essential
