We are recruiting an Administration Assistant on behalf of a highly successful organisation based in Witney.
As Administration Assistant you will support the team by providing a high standard of service to both internal and external clients.
You will be the first point of contact for all clients and guests, whilst providing general administrative duties such as typing, scanning and photocopying.
You will have a professional, courteous and confident approach to duties along with being proficient in the use of Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook.
This role would suit someone who is able to work on their own initiative and the desire to add value along with a proactive approach.
