Our client is looking for a qualified team leader to manager a team and provide effective guidance and support.
Purpose of the Administrative Team Leader
To provide effective and strong leadership skills in order to grow and support an administrative team, working within a shared service office and responsible for supervising and motivating the team on a daily basis.
Main duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Team Leader
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Managing on boarding and off boarding processes for employees
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Experience/knowledge requirements for the Administrative Team Leader
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Working alongside Key stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize own workload and has great team spirit
- Enhanced DBS Check required due to the nature of the role
