Temporary to Permanent position for an Accounts Assistant to work day shift in a non-food and no cold store environment. Salary is depending on experience.

Due to continued growth and success, our client is now looking for an Accounts Assistant who is wanting a long-term career. They offer job security, career progression and continued training along with many company benefits.

As an Accounts assistant your duties will be -

  • Using Sage50 to process weekly accounts.
  • Liaising with customers and clients over the phone
  • Processing and dealing with invoices.
  • General administrative duties
  • Using Microsoft office and Microsoft Excel on a daily basis
  • Data inputting
  • Dealing with banking payments and sales invoicing

Please apply for this position if you have:

  • Experience using Sage50.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
  • Available to start working immediately.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience in accounting, administration, and previous sage experience.
