We are delighted to working exclusively with a small and traditional manufacturing business located in a village just outside of Witney to recruit an Accounts Administrator.

The Details:

Our client is looking for someone who is experienced with administration and with a general accounts background to join their friendly team.

Hours are 8:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday, however, there is an element of flexibility for the right candidate.

About the Role:

As an Accounts Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Using Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2016

  • Sales Ledger

  • Purchase Ledger

  • Invoicing

  • Credit Control

  • VAT

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • Basic monthly Accounts

  • Bank Payments

  • Petty cash

  • Answering phone

  • Preparation of payroll figures

  • Maintaining holiday diary, and absence calendar on the company system

  • Ordering stationery

About You:

The ideal Accounts Administrator will be personable, organised and a team player. If you have experience using Sage 50 this would be a bonus!
